Position: Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Performance Marketing Manager to scale our marketplace business across Amazon, Myntra, and Blinkit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance ads, campaign optimization, and revenue scale-up strategies within marketplace ecosystems.
This role will directly impact revenue growth, ROAS improvement, and new customer acquisition across key platforms.
- Marketplace Ads Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:
- Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP)
- Myntra Ads (PLA, Search, Display)
- Blinkit Ads
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining target ROAS and TACOS.
- Scale ad spends efficiently without compromising profitability.
- Growth & Scale-Up Strategy
- Develop platform-wise scale-up playbooks (5–10 Cr to 100 Cr growth roadmap).
- Identify growth levers: keyword expansion, catalog optimization, bid strategies, event-based sales planning.
- Improve organic ranking through ad acceleration strategies.
- Data & Performance Optimization
- Track KPIs: ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CVR, CTR, CPC, Contribution Margin.
- Build weekly/monthly dashboards with actionable insights.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, pricing, and keyword strategies.
- Budget & Revenue Planning
- Own monthly ad budgets and revenue targets.
- Forecast sales and align spends with inventory and supply planning.
- Coordinate with category, content, and supply chain teams.
- Campaign & Event Management
- Plan and execute campaigns for sale events (EORS, BBD, Prime Day etc.).
- Collaborate with account managers and platform teams for visibility boosts.
- 4-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing with at least 3+ years in marketplace ads.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue on Amazon and Myntra (minimum 20–30 Cr annual business exposure preferred).
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and ranking factors.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong commercial acumen (understanding contribution margin & P&L impact).
- Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with ownership mentality.
- Experience in Fashion / Apparel / D2C brands.
- Exposure to scaling quick commerce (Blinkit) is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work in high-growth, target-driven environments.
