Job Summary:
Red & White Skill Education is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students, explaining course details, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the institute
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate course information
- Explain course details, fees structure, and career opportunities
- Follow up with interested candidates to convert them into admissions
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM handling preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Positive attitude and convincing skills
Experience:
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or education sector is an added advantage
