- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project activities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security management within SAP Basis.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software components.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures, transport management, and system monitoring tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
