JOB ROLE: Sales Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between the sales team, customers, and internal departments.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain customer records and update sales databases.
- Track order processing, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and payments.
- Generate sales reports and analyze sales performance data.
- Coordinate product availability and inventory requirements with the operations team.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Support product launches, promotions, and marketing activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or sales support.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
