Job Description – HR Manager (Operations & Talent Fulfilment)

Role Overview
The HR Manager will lead and strengthen the Human Resource function across Caterspoint’s operational kitchens and outlets.This role demands a proactive leader who can balance strategic HR planning with immediate execution, ensuring staffing gaps are closed quickly,HR systems run smoothly, and employee engagement and compliance are consistently maintained.The position requires a strong people manager who can coach and manage a team of Assistant HR Managers and HR Executives, working closely with Operations, SCM, and Finance teams.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Fulfilment
· Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and mid-level roles across kitchens and support functions.
· Ensure manpower requirements from Operations are fulfilled within 48–72 hours.
· Drive the HR Executive team to meet daily calling, screening, and onboarding targets.
· Build external vendor and agency networks for emergency manpower needs.
· Maintain zero manpower shortage across all operational kitchens.
2. HR Operations & Systems Management
· Manage KEKA HRMS – Attendance, Leave, Payroll, and AMS monitoring for all units.
· Ensure 100% data accuracy for employee records across all categories.
· Define and implement standard HR processes for joining, exit, and documentation.
· Coordinate with Payroll and Finance for salary accuracy and statutory compliance.
· Track attendance irregularities and ensure closure within defined timelines.
3. Employee Relations & On-Ground Issue Resolution
· Act as the first escalation point for kitchen-level HR or disciplinary issues.
· Resolve grievances and on-ground issues with a proactive, solution-first approach.
· Maintain active presence in kitchens and coordinate with Area and Regional Managers.
· Document all warnings, disciplinary actions, and grievances for records.
4. Training & Performance Support
· Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to implement onboarding and skill development.
· Identify frontline staff for role progression and ensure LMS participation.
· Track attendance and completion of all HR-related trainings.
5. HR Process Standardization & Compliance
· Audit and streamline all HR processes for hiring, attendance, and exits.
· Develop and deploy SOPs for attendance, leave, and joining formalities.
· Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) through team oversight.
· Maintain employee file readiness for audits and verification.

Career Path & ReportingThis role reports directly to the Founder / Operations Manager with dotted-line coordination with Finance.Future Growth: Head – HR & People Operations (based on performance, process stabilization, and delivery outcomes).
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
