About the Role
We are a fast-growing, founder-led direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand in the sneaker-care space. We're looking for a Senior Logistics Operations Executive to own and scale our end-to-end shipping and fulfilment. This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who has already run logistics for a D2C brand, knows how to squeeze out efficiency and cost, and can build the processes we need as we grow. Prior D2C experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end logistics and order-fulfilment operations — ensuring orders ship accurately and on time, every day.
- Manage and negotiate with courier / 3PL partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, etc.) on rates, SLAs, and performance.
- Own and improve key metrics — delivery TAT, RTO %, NDR resolution, on-time dispatch, and shipping cost per order.
- Drive RTO reduction and improve the returns/exchange process.
- Build and refine SOPs and systems so fulfilment scales smoothly as volumes grow.
- Build dashboards and reporting in Google Sheets, and use the data to find cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Prepare and present monthly operations reports — covering shipments, delivery performance (TAT), RTO/returns, NDR resolution, and shipping costs — for management review.
- Reconcile COD remittances, shipping invoices, and courier weight discrepancies — and recover overcharges.
- Coordinate across packing/warehouse, customer experience, and finance teams.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate restocking.
- Mentor and guide junior operations executives as the team grows, and handle complex delivery escalations.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in logistics/operations, with hands-on D2C / e-commerce experience (mandatory).
- Proven track record managing courier/3PL partners and improving delivery metrics.
- Advanced Google Sheets / Excel — formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and dashboards.
- Strong with numbers, reconciliation, and cost analysis.
- Familiarity with shipping aggregators (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Pickrr) and order/inventory tools (e.g., Shopify).
- Excellent problem-solving, ownership, and cross-team coordination skills.
- Comfortable building processes and working in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Good to Have (Plus Points)
- Experience setting up or scaling fulfilment/warehousing operations.
- Exposure to multiple sales channels (own website + marketplaces).
- Experience mentoring or leading a small operations team.
- Strong negotiation experience with logistics vendors.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Goregaon, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
