We're a growing retail HR function from scratch, and we're looking for an HR Intern to work directly alongside our HR lead across the full range of HR work — not just recruitment, but the day-to-day running of HR for a team spread across four showrooms. This is a great fit if you want to see how an HR department actually gets built, not just how one already-running department operates.
What You'll Do
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, support joining formalities and induction for new hires
- Documentation: Help maintain and update employee records, appointment letters, HR trackers, and policy documents.
- Employee Relations: Support communication between back office and showroom staff on HR matters, and help draft internal communications
- Daily HR Operations: Assist with day-to-day HR tasks — attendance tracking, leave records, staff queries, and general HR admin
- AI-Assisted Work: Use AI tools to speed up drafting job descriptions, HR letters, training materials, and reports
What We're Looking For
- MBA (HR), BBA, or any graduate with genuine interest in HR
- Comfortable handling varied tasks and working independently
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with documentation
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) for drafting and organizing content is a plus
