Full job description
The Quality Control (QC) Officer checks products to make sure they meet the company's quality standards before they are delivered to customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of components and finished products.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, and Dial Indicators.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Identify, report, and segregate non-conforming products.
- Maintain inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and company procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality concerns.
- Follow quality and safety procedures.
- Work with the production team to improve product quality.
- Help solve quality related problems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of quality control procedures.
- Good attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Immediate Joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹18,443.79 - ₹25,966.04 per month
