Job Overview
We are seeking a Client Engagement & Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of experience who can manage client communication through calls and WhatsApp, while also engaging with followers across social platforms to strengthen our community presence.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
- Handle inbound queries with professionalism and clarity.
- Maintain call records and follow up with leads to support conversions.
- Engage with followers on social media and WhatsApp, respond to queries, and build community presence.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all client and follower interactions.
- Share feedback from clients and followers with the team to improve communication and services.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.
- Confidence in handling client calls and WhatsApp interactions.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Thread, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).
- Ability to multitask between tele‑calling and social media engagement.
- Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in any field (preferred but not mandatory.
