Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves contacting potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate sales, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain products/services and their benefits clearly
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Handle customer objections professionally
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and services
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
