Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Drone Services (Agri & Industrial)
Job Summary:
Responsible for expanding drone-based agriculture and industrial services by generating new business, building client relationships, and driving market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities
· Promote drone services (crop spraying, Industrial Inspection, mapping, surveying)
· Build relationships with farmers, FPOs, dealers, corporates, and government bodies
· Conduct field visits, demos, and client meetings
· Coordinate with operations for deployment
· Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets
· Track market trends and submit reports
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
· 3–6 years in sales/business development (drones, UAV, Aviation preferred)
· Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
· Willingness to travel
Preferred Industry:
Agri drones, Industrial Inspection & Survey, precision farming, agri-tech, farm equipment
