Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Sales Officer to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and business development activities within the assigned territory. The role involves promoting financial products, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field-based activities and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, networking, and prospecting activities
- Meet prospective clients and explain financial products and services
- Conduct market visits to identify potential customers and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, MSMEs, and corporate clients
- Follow up with prospects through calls, meetings, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth processing of client requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
