Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations & CRM Manager who can establish complete visibility, accountability, and control over our sales pipeline. This role will be responsible for ensuring that every inquiry received by the organization is systematically tracked, assigned, followed up, updated, and closed with a documented outcome.
The ideal candidate will serve as the operational backbone of the sales department, driving CRM adoption, sales process discipline, reporting accuracy, and lead management effectiveness.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Sales Process Monitoring:
- Monitor and manage all incoming inquiries from various channels.
- Assign leads to the appropriate sales executives and track ownership.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of quotations.
- Monitor follow-up activities and sales progress.
- Track inquiries from lead generation to order closure.
- Ensure no opportunity remains unattended or without a defined status.
CRM Administration & Data Management:
- Implement, maintain, and optimize CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Ensure 100% lead and customer data entry within the CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of customers, projects, quotations, and interactions.
- Develop dashboards and performance tracking reports.
- Drive CRM usage compliance across the sales team.
Sales Team Coordination:
- Collect daily activity updates from sales executives.
- Verify lead status, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Monitor pending quotations and unresolved opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support sales activities.
- Escalate delays, bottlenecks, and compliance issues when required.
Reporting & Business Analytics:
Prepare and present comprehensive reports including:
Daily Reports
- New inquiries received
- Quotations submitted
- Orders received
- Critical follow-ups pending
- Key action items
Weekly Reports
- Lead conversion analysis
- Sales executive performance review
- Follow-up compliance tracking
- Lost opportunity assessment
Monthly Reports
- Sales pipeline forecast
- Lead source effectiveness analysis
- Inquiry-to-order conversion ratio
- Lost business analysis
- Team productivity dashboard
- Revenue forecasting support
Sales Process Improvement
- Design and implement sales tracking systems.
- Standardize lead management workflows.
- Improve reporting accuracy and data integrity.
- Identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Establish accountability measures throughout the sales cycle.

The objective is to ensure complete visibility and accountability throughout the sales process.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Operations, Business Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or equivalent.
- Certification or hands-on expertise in CRM platforms will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
