Client : French MNC into Food Manufacturing
Job location: Pune Bangalore Highway
Qualification:
- College degree in food processing technologies.
- At least 3 =5 years of experience on a similar position in food industries.
- Fluent in English oral and written.
Good skills in communication and management
Main responsibilities:
- Leading the production team: Supervising the production and monitoring staff performance.
- To implement the production indicators set up by the General Manager Factory for production, losses, downtime, and staff efficiency.
- Preparation of the shift schedule
- Training of production staff to guarantee permanent improvement and efficiency.
- Control actions made by operators, double check critical points like raw materials weighing and dumping, and fill in main recordings.
- Launching of work orders in Origyn
- Maintain after each shift the appropriate documents (Manufacturing orders, quality control recording forms, etc.)
- Participate to the recruitment and training of new employees.
- Report to the General Manager Factory on regular basis.
- Guarantee the safety of the employees, equipments, and buildings.
· Participating to the improvement of the quality management system.
· Ensure an appropriate hygiene by a tight follow up and controls
· Ensuring the FSMS system is operating and maintained as a FSMS team member.
· Responsible to fulfil the production target as per the production planning and meet
the production objectives.
· Monthly RMPM stock checking and comparing with physical and origyn for any
Deviation.
- Responsible to take and face the internal audit.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
