Job Description: CRM, Office Administrator & Design Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a versatile and proactive professional to handle Customer Relations, Office Administration, and Design Coordination. The ideal candidate will act as the vital link between our clients and the design team, ensuring smooth communication, efficient office operations, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Coordination & Project Management
- Requirement Gathering: Meet with clients to understand their specific requirements for floor plans, 3D visualizations, and interior concepts.
- Designer Liaison: Effectively communicate client needs to the architectural and 3D design team.
- Timeline Management: Set realistic submission dates for designs and ensure the team meets these deadlines.
- Project Initialization: Create and manage dedicated project groups (e.g., WhatsApp or Project Management tools) to ensure all stakeholders are updated.
- Quality Check: Review initial drafts to ensure they align with the client’s brief before final presentation.
2. Customer Relations Management (CRM)
- Be the first point of contact for new inquiries and provide professional project overviews.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Handle client feedback and grievances with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure a high standard of hospitality for all office visitors.
3. Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain a professional work environment.
- Manage office documentation, filing systems, and essential administrative tasks.
- Coordinate internal staff requirements and manage office branding materials (visiting cards, signage, etc.).
- Support the management in implementing the firm’s long-term visions and operational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Fluency in English and Malayalam. Ability to translate technical design needs into clear instructions is crucial.
- Coordination: Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project coordination workflows.
- Experience: Previous experience in construction, architecture, or interior design firms will be highly valued.
- Interpersonal Skills: A professional demeanor with a focus on hospitality and client satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
