Job Summary:
The Pre-Primary Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children. The role involves planning and conducting age-appropriate learning activities, supporting children’s overall development, and maintaining effective communication with parents and school management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct daily classroom activities as per the curriculum.
- Foster a positive and child-friendly learning environment.
- Teach basic concepts including numbers, alphabets, phonics, rhymes, colours, and shapes through interactive methods.
- Maintain discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Monitor and record each child’s progress and developmental milestones.
- Organize classroom materials, displays, and learning aids.
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to parents during PTMs and regular interactions.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
