Job Description & Summary:
We are seeking an experienced customer relationship executive/ sr. executive who is ready to take on significant responsibilities. The hired candidate will be given the responsibility of engaging with key clients. This can be essentially done by efficiently building and preserving trustworthy relationships. Also, the CRM will have to identify opportunities constantly. This will significantly help the company grow its consumer base and build positive relationships with new clients. The candidate must also be analytical and strategic while looking out for solutions to new problems. Thus, it will efficiently help in ensuring maximum client satisfaction.
Oversee the customer relationship is essentially handled by the entire team.
Formulate and maintain significantly profitable relationships with key clients.
Keeping customers updated with all information on the latest project updates.
Resolve all customer complaints in a quick and efficient manner as per the SOP.
Expand the customer base by essentially using the methods of upselling and cross-selling.
Organize meetings with the project/ CSD managers within the organization to bring out a strategic plan.
Conduct business reviews frequently by making the best use of CRM programs.
Have a clear understanding of the critical individual requirements and addressing them accordingly.
Have the best knowledge of competition and planning a strategy according to it.
Collaborate with the management/ tech team(s) to properly run all the projects.
Qualification:
Work experience in the post of CRM for at least 02 - 05 years.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field.
02 to 05 years of experience in IT industry.
Excellent proficiency in all applications of Microsoft, Google, IOS, Pearl ERP and CMS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An efficient team player with all the requisite leadership skills.
Remarkably superior knowledge about the company’s product, services and solutions.
Holding a positive attitude significantly focused on customer satisfaction.
