Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales function, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, business development, team management, and revenue target achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed sales goals consistently.
- Drive business development initiatives and expand channel partner, broker, and referral networks.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a seamless customer journey from inquiry to post-sales support.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Legal, Registration, and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and present business reports to senior leadership.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Travel to project sites and fields whenever required to support business operations and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of proven experience in sales leadership.
- Strong expertise in sales strategy, business development, channel partner management, and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in real estate sales, farm sales, or farm plot sales will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
