Job description:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Sourcing, interviewing, and hiring the most qualified candidates to fill organizational gaps.
- Learning & Development (L&D): Providing onboarding, training, and growth opportunities to upgrade employee skills.
- Performance Management: Setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and establishing plans to boost employee productivity and career growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Managing payroll, bonuses, healthcare, and perks to attract and retain top talent.
- Employee Relations: Fostering a positive company culture, resolving workplace conflicts, and handling disciplinary actions.
- Legal Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring workplace safety and aligning company policies with local labor laws to protect the business from legal liabilities.
- HR Data & Systems: Maintaining employee records, tracking data, and leveraging HR Information Systems (HRIS) for administrative efficiency.
Must have handle 200+ payroll employee strenghts
Look for hire to retire position who can handle hiring, employees Grievance, onboarding, payroll inputs, exit, reports
Salary - upto 50k
