We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphics Designer who can handle both print and digital design. You should have hands-on experience in Adobe tools and a good understanding of printing process, paper sizes, and color.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design high-quality creatives for print - Brochures, Flyers, Catalogues, Visiting Cards, Packaging, Books, Magazines
2. Create digital assets - Social media posts, Banners, Ads, Presentation decks
3. Prepare print-ready files with proper bleed, CMYK, resolution as per printing standards
4. Understand client brief and convert it into visual concepts
5. Collaborate with printing and production team to ensure final output quality
6. Edit images, retouch photos, and create illustrations / logos when needed
7. Maintain organized files of all projects and follow brand guidelines
8. Revise designs based on feedback and deliver on time
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as Graphics Designer (Agency / Printing press experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in *Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign* - Must
- Knowledge of *Canva, Figma* is a plus
- Strong understanding of Typography, Color Theory, Layout and Print Production
- Basic knowledge of Paper sizes, Printing processes (Offset / Digital)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
