We are looking for a driven and articulate Telesales / Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over calls, understanding their needs, and converting leads into successful sales. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, has a persuasive communication style, and is motivated by targets and incentives.
Candidates with prior experience in telesales, lead calling, lead conversion, or any sales-related role will have an edge, as familiarity with sales pipelines, objection handling, and customer follow-ups will help them ramp up quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads provided by the company
- Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries and objections
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into confirmed sales or appointments
- Follow up consistently with warm leads and nurture cold leads
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM/tracking sheets
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Build rapport with customers to ensure a positive brand experience
- Escalate complex queries to senior team members when needed
- Provide feedback on lead quality and customer objections to improve scripts and strategy
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
