Supply Chain Executive (F/B or QSR)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week
About the Role
We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to manage operations across our 2 Chennai outlets and a small local warehouse. The majority of materials — including food items, semi-cooked products, and other essentials — are centrally supplied from our Bangalore hub (approx. 90%). The remaining ~10% is to be sourced locally as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track inbound material shipments from the Bangalore central hub to Chennai outlets and warehouse
- Manage local procurement for the ~10% of materials not covered by central supply
- Oversee warehouse operations including stock receiving, storage, and dispatch
- Ensure basic hygiene and food safety standards are maintained across the warehouse and outlets
- Manage vendor relationships for locally sourced items
- Support purchasing activities and raise purchase orders as needed
- Maintain inventory records and flag shortages or discrepancies in a timely manner
Required Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics roles (F&B/QSR preferred)
- Working knowledge of warehouse management and inventory systems
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Good communication and vendor coordination skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Pay: ₹9,783.45 - ₹35,521.25 per month
