- Handle customer inquiries, calls, and follow-ups professionally.
- Coordinate customer appointments for sales and service.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery/service completion.
- Conduct customer satisfaction and feedback calls.
- Support the sales and service teams in daily operations.
- Handle front office activities and customer communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Good communication skills in English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM).
- Pleasant personality and customer-focused attitude.
- Experience in customer service, front office, hospitality, or automobile industry is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
