Job Description – HR Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee the hospital's human resources functions. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, staff engagement, and ensure compliance with hospital policies while creating a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Support employee relations and resolve workplace concerns.
- Organize staff training and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and labor laws.
Qualifications
- MBA/MHRM or an equivalent qualification.
Experience
- Minimum 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-specialty hospital.
Skills
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
