We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Marketplace Specialist who knows how to grow sales on Amazon and Flipkart.
This role is ideal for someone who understands marketplace algorithms, product listings, advertising, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management. Your primary goal will be to increase product visibility, conversions, and revenue across online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Create, optimize, and update product listings.
- Improve product rankings through listing optimization.
- Plan and execute Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads campaigns.
- Monitor daily sales, orders, and account performance.
- Manage pricing strategies, offers, coupons, and promotions.
- Coordinate inventory to prevent stock-outs and overselling.
- Analyze sales reports and identify growth opportunities.
- Improve Buy Box performance and conversion rates.
- Resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and account health concerns.
- Work with the design and marketing teams to create high-converting product content.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Product listing optimization.

Preferred Experience
- 1 to 3 years managing Amazon and Flipkart stores.
- Experience handling multiple product categories.
- Proven track record of increasing marketplace sales.
- Knowledge of advertising campaigns and promotional strategies.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, JioMart, Blinkit, or other marketplaces.
- Knowledge of catalog management tools.
- Experience with product photography or A+ Content.
- Understanding of eCommerce analytics and conversion optimization.
