GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our established, award-winning team! You will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base by selling to qualified new prospects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Become an outspoken advocate of the agency and perfect your presentation skills
- Research, write and prepare proposals, scopes of work, and MSAs
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date Sales pipeline via Hubspot or similar tools
- Participate in routine internal meetings for alignment between Sales and Marketing
- Leverage your existing network to continue to bring visibility and opportunity to the agency
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree or better in related field (Business, Marketing, Communications)
- 4+ Years direct B2B sales experience
- Experiencing maintaining a pipeline using a modern CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc)
