What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate (Business/Marketing/IT preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in IT / B2B Sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven & self-motivated professional
- Basic understanding of IT services & software solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email & LinkedIn
- Pitch IT services (Software, ERP, Web & App Development)
- Understand client requirements & propose tailored solutions
- Conduct client meetings & deliver impactful presentations
- Prepare proposals, negotiate & close deals
- Maintain CRM records & consistent follow-ups
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with technical team for smooth project execution

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
