You'll assist in planning and running shoots — coordinating people, schedules, and logistics so ideas turn into finished reels, shorts, and podcast episodes without a hitch. A great starting point to learn how a content studio actually gets made, end to end.
What You'll Do
- Assist in planning shoot schedules, call sheets, and logistics
- Coordinate between anchors, cinematographers, and editors on shoot days
- Help prep scripts, props, locations, and equipment lists before shoots
- Support on-set during shoots — timing, flow, and problem-solving
- Track shoot progress and help keep production on schedule
- Assist in organizing footage handoff to the editing team
- Take notes during ideation/strategy sessions to translate into shoot plans
Who We're Looking For
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple moving parts under time pressure
- Good communicator — can coordinate between different people and teams
- Proactive problem-solver, calm under shoot-day chaos
- Eager to learn how content production works from the ground up
Nice to Have
- Experience organizing college events, fests, or shoots
- Basic understanding of video production workflows
- Interest in content, reels, and podcast formats
- Any prior AD/production assistant experience (formal or informal)
