About the ETS Apprenticeship Program:
ETS engages Apprentices under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) in compliance with the Apprenticeship Act. The goal is to provide practical training, foster skill development, and ensure compliance with the Apprenticeship Act, thereby enhancing employability and contributing to the organization's workforce development goals.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Management Apprentice who is eager to learn and build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a global organisation.
As an Apprentice, you will gain hands-on exposure to various HR processes and initiatives while working closely with HR professionals and business stakeholders. The role will provide opportunities to develop your skills in HR operations, employee engagement, talent management, learning and development, and other HR initiatives.
The apprenticeship is designed to provide fresh graduates with practical corporate experience, professional skills, and a structured learning pathway. Depending on business and project requirements, the apprentice may also have the opportunity to gain exposure to different HR functions and projects. This is a contractual role of 1 year.
Key Responsibilities

Support the HR team in day-to-day HR activities and operational processes.

Assist with employee engagement initiatives, HR communications, and internal events.

Support HR projects and initiatives across different areas of Human Resources.

Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, trackers, and other relevant documentation.

Work with HR teams and stakeholders to gather information and support project requirements.

Maintain and update HR data and records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Support the coordination of meetings, training sessions, and other HR activities.

Assist with Learning & Development initiatives and employee development programmes.

Support the team with data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.

Explore and leverage AI tools and technology to improve HR processes and productivity.

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects and complete them within agreed timelines.

Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn new HR processes, tools, and technologies.

Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable ETS policies and processes.
Experience and Skills:
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Candidates pursuing or having completed an MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.

Ability to work independently with minimal guidance while collaborating effectively with the team.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior internship experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or a related HR function.

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is curious, trainable, proactive, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate may be a fresh graduate or an HR postgraduate who is looking to gain meaningful corporate exposure and build a career in Human Resources. Prior HR internship experience will be an advantage, but candidates with the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
