Position: Production Engineer – Process Equipment Division
Location: Plot F2, MIDC, Badlapur East, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra
Reporting To: Joint CEO
Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

three branches of the Indian Armed Forces.
With a strong foundation in precision engineering and fabrication, the company specializes in
manufacturing a wide range of industrial and process equipment, including but not limited to:
ASME/API coded storage tanks
Pressure vessels and reactors
Heat exchangers and distillation columns
Structural components such as girders and prefabricated structures
Mining and heavy-duty industrial equipment
The organization operates across three fully equipped manufacturing units in Badlapur,
covering a combined fabrication area of over 15,000 square meters. With a workforce of 20+
engineers and approximately 250 skilled workmen, the company follows Total Quality
Management (TQM) practices and continues to expand its operations, project portfolio, and
geographic presence.
Role Overview
The Production Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end management of fabrication and
production activities within the Process Equipment Division. The role demands hands-on
involvement in planning, execution, coordination, and monitoring of manufacturing processes
to ensure timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and optimal utilization of resources.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Execution
Plan, schedule, and oversee production of process equipment such as pressure vessels,
storage tanks, reactors, heat exchangers, and columns.
Interpret engineering drawings and extract Bill of Materials (BOM) accurately.
Estimate material requirements, plan procurement coordination, and ensure
availability of raw materials.
Develop and implement production schedules aligned with project timelines.
Shop Floor Management
Supervise daily fabrication and machining operations across multiple units.
Manage and coordinate 3–4 contractors, each handling teams of ~10 workmen.
Ensure efficient manpower utilization and adherence to safety and quality norms.
Monitor workflow to eliminate bottlenecks and improve productivity.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure all fabrication activities comply with ASME/API codes and customer
specifications.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections, testing, and documentation.
Maintain proper records of production, quality checks, and material traceability.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with design, procurement, and quality departments for smooth execution.
Provide regular progress updates to senior management.
Address technical queries and resolve shop-floor issues promptly.
Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for improving fabrication efficiency, cost optimization, and
cycle time reduction.
Implement best practices in welding, machining, and assembly processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives under TQM practices.
Crisis & Deadline Management
Handle production challenges proactively and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain delivery commitments under tight deadlines.
Take ownership of production targets and output quality.
Required Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Experience
2–5 years of hands-on experience in fabrication of static process equipment
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of fabrication processes for pressure vessels and related
equipment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and extract BOM
Knowledge of machining operations and workshop practices
Familiarity with ASME/API standards is highly preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
