Job Description: Civil Engineer – Hotel Project
We are looking for a Civil Engineer who can manage site execution and coordination on a large-scale luxury hospitality project. The role involves overseeing structural and finishing works, ensuring quality standards are met, and keeping the project aligned across consultants, contractors, and the client.
What the role involves:
- Supervising day-to-day civil construction activities in line with approved drawings and specifications
- Reviewing structural, architectural, and MEP drawings and flagging discrepancies or gaps
- Coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors to resolve site queries and technical clarifications
- Preparing and maintaining DPRs, progress reports, and site documentation
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure execution quality matches design intent
- Managing BOQ verification, material reconciliation, and contractor billing checks
- Tracking project milestones and supporting timely completion within budget
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and QA/QC protocols throughout construction
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech or equivalent)
- 8+ years of experience in building construction, preferably with exposure to hospitality or high-end commercial projects
- Strong understanding of RCC, finishing works, and MEP coordination
- Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of Primavera or MS Project is an advantage
- Comfortable on site and confident in reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
