Experience: 3–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, organize, and control all project documents and records.

Ensure proper document numbering, version control, filing, and archiving.

Manage document submissions through DMS/client portals.

Track document review and approval status and follow up with stakeholders.

Maintain document registers, transmittals, and correspondence logs.

Coordinate with project teams, clients, consultants, and vendors for timely document flow.
-
Prepare document status reports and ensure compliance with document control procedures.
Qualification:
-
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Proficiency in MS Office and Document Management Systems (Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS, etc.) preferred.
