About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and target-driven Sales Associate to promote and sell our Gold Coins Investment Products and Club Resort Membership Programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, presenting product benefits, and converting prospects into customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Promote and sell Gold Coins and Club Resort Memberships to prospective customers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, field activities, events, and networking.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Explain product features, membership benefits, pricing, and investment value to customers.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on company products, promotional offers, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team members to achieve overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, memberships, luxury products, real estate, financial products, or direct sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Strong presentation and closing skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
