We’re Hiring Domestic Business Development Manager at Quessentials Ltd.
Job Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Exp: Min.5 yrs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue leads for agro products.
- Convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Coordinate with documentation/logistics teams for smooth shipment execution.
- B2B sales experience with commodities like Super Foods, Dry Fruits, Spices is a must.
- Strong ability to forecast Agri commodity trends and market movements.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, ensure customer success, and pursue repeat business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across departments.
- Provide support, mentorship, and training to team members.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in Agri commodities trading/sales of products such as Millets, Quinoa, Chia Seeds, Sesame seeds, Dry Fruits,Spices etc.
- Min.5 yrs. of proven sales experience in Agri commodities. is a must.
- Team Handling Experience
- Strong planning and leadership skills; detail-oriented with excellent task management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Office, and the sales process.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Sound understanding of the Food Manufacturing Industry.
