Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive (CSE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Sales and Marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and provide information about products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Promote and sell company products to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Support marketing initiatives and participate in promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain customer records and prepare sales and service reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and customer service targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
- Age: 25–35 years.
