Role Description
The Trainer (Home Entertainment) is responsible for delivering technical and practical training on household appliances such as LED TV, OLED, Water Purifier, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Microwave Ovens, and other consumer appliances. The role involves conducting classroom and hands-on sessions, ensuring trainees gain practical skills in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. The trainer will also support curriculum delivery and ensure effective skill development of trainees as per industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on home entertainments.
- Demonstrate installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Train on appliances such as LED TVs, OLED, Water Purifier, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Microwaves, and other consumer durables.
- Prepare trainees for assessments and certification. Maintain training equipment, tools, and lab setup in working condition. Ensure safety standards are followed during all practical sessions.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support in updating training materials based on new technologies and products.
- Maintain training records and reports.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- ITI certification in relevant trade (preferred). 2–5 years of experience in home appliance servicing, repair, or training.
- Strong knowledge of home appliance/entertainment systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct hands-on technical training sessions.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office preferred).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
