Blackbull Group is seeking a highly competent and business-oriented Corporate Lawyer who possesses a strong understanding of the corporate ecosystem and can actively contribute to legal management, corporate structuring, compliance operations, business expansion, and legal development initiatives.
This role is designed for professionals who can operate in a demanding corporate environment, provide practical legal solutions, manage complex legal matters, and support organizational growth through strategic legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle corporate legal matters across multiple business verticals.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, agreements, MOUs, and legal documentation.
- Advise management on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and business transactions.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, and investment-related activities.
- Manage company law compliance and corporate secretarial coordination.
- Conduct legal due diligence and compliance audits.
- Develop internal legal frameworks, policies, and governance structures.
- Coordinate with regulators, consultants, advocates, and external stakeholders.
- Handle dispute management, legal notices, and litigation coordination.
- Assist in legal strategy development for business growth and expansion.
- Support management in creating legally sustainable business models and operational structures.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in corporate legal practice, in-house legal departments, law firms, or business advisory environments.
- Strong knowledge of corporate laws, contract laws, commercial transactions, and compliance management.
- Understanding of company structures, fundraising transactions, business operations, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple legal assignments simultaneously.
