Develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs
Handle all types of maintenance work (minor to major breakdowns)
Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
Coordinate emergency and corrective maintenance activities
Monitor maintenance budgets and optimize operational costs
Collaborate with other departments for equipment upgrades and installations
Analyze maintenance data to identify improvement areas
Work on systems involving Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical Drives, and Panels
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
