We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Academic Counselor / Team Leader to lead the admissions team, drive enrollments, mentor academic counselors, and ensure the achievement of branch admission targets while delivering an excellent learner experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the Academic Counseling team to achieve admission targets.
- Counsel prospective learners on courses, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries and support the team in converting leads into enrollments.
- Monitor daily follow-ups, CRM updates, and lead conversion performance.
- Generate new leads through referrals, institutional activities, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Academic teams to ensure a seamless admission process.
- Conduct team training, performance reviews, and coaching sessions to improve conversion rates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission and performance reports.
- Resolve learner concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Organize presentations, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong counseling, sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-driven with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Academic Counseling, Admissions, Business Development, or EdTech.
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring a counseling/sales team is highly preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
