Job Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing & Lead Generation Executive who can independently plan and execute webinars, seminars, social media campaigns, and direct engagement activities to generate qualified sales leads for engineering and construction software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Webinar & Event Marketing
- Plan and execute online webinars and physical seminars/workshops
- Manage event calendars, registrations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with technical and sales teams on event topics
- Ensure qualified lead handover to sales
2. Social Media & Digital Campaigns
- Manage LinkedIn and other relevant social platforms
- Create posts for webinars, product updates, case studies, and offers
- Support basic paid campaigns where required
- Track engagement and campaign performance
3. Client Communication & Product Updates
- Send periodic product update emails/newsletters
- Coordinate with internal teams for content
- Maintain and manage contact databases
4. Sales Support & Reporting
- Align marketing campaigns with sales goals
- Prepare monthly activity and lead reports
- Continuously optimize campaigns for better lead quality
5. Direct Engagement & Lead Generation (in association with the Sales team)
- Execute email and outreach campaigns
- Follow up with webinar and event attendees
- Qualify leads before passing to sales
- Maintain lead tracking records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of B2B marketing or lead generation experience
- Strong experience in webinars, events, and LinkedIn marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate with sales and technical teams
- Organized and execution-focused
Preferred:
- Experience in engineering or software marketing
