Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain good customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with Finance and Insurance teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain and update daily sales activities and customer records.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and sales skills.
- Passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Basic knowledge of the automobile industry is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
