Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and implement suitable Zoho solutions
- Configure and customize Zoho applications based on business needs
- Provide client support, training, and consultation
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth system performance
- Maintain proper documentation and project updates
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Zoho Consultant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Zoho applications and CRM systems
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Ability to understand business workflows and provide solutions
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
Language Requirements
Preferred Skills
