Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, enterprise, and institutional sectors.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Promote IT products and solutions including desktops, laptops, servers, networking, storage, surveillance, peripherals, and IT services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams for solution proposals.
- Prepare business presentations, quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, and channel partners for business development activities.
- Attend client meetings, presentations, and business discussions regularly.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
