Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, online research, and networking.
Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Schedule meetings and follow-ups with potential clients.
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
Support the Business Development team in client acquisition activities.
Understand client hiring requirements and assist in pitching recruitment services.
Prepare reports on daily sales activities and progress.
Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
Eligibility
Any Graduate or pursuing graduation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Self-motivated and eager to learn sales and business development.
Prior internship or sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Full-Time Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on performance during the internship).
