Job Title: Operations & Backend Executive (preffering Females candiates)
Location: Okhla Phase-2, South Delhi
Experience: 1–3 years
Employment Type: Full-Time ( 5 Day's Working)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations & Backend Executive to support daily business operations, manage backend processes, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should be efficient in handling data, documentation, and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day backend operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update records, reports, and databases
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Service, Accounts, etc.)
- Process orders, invoices, and documentation accurately
- Prepare MIS reports and share regular updates with management
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks
- Handle email communication and follow-ups with clients/vendors
- Support in vendor coordination and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (preferred)
