Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and company websites.
- Create and update product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Monitor product visibility and ensure accurate information across platforms.
Order Management
- Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch.
- Handle order cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory regularly.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to prevent stock shortages.
- Generate inventory reports and maintain stock records.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track product performance and sales trends.
- Assist in analyzing marketplace performance and identifying growth opportunities.
Promotions & Marketing Support
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and discount offers.
- Assist in managing online advertisements and marketing activities.
- Support product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate product and sales databases.
- Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce operations or marketplace management.
- Freshers with relevant internship experience may also apply.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and online selling processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and seller panels.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online advertising.
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
