Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized EA Cum Sales Desk Executive to provide executive support to senior management while coordinating sales operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, coordination, documentation, and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Handle calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, purchase orders, and payments.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and MIS.
- Schedule meetings and support the Business Development team.
- Prepare meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong follow-up, documentation, and coordination skills.Preferred Industry ExperienceCandidates from Building Materials, Interior Products, Decorative Panels, Laminates, Furniture, Construction Materials, Architectural Products, or Interior Design industries will be preferred.What We Offer
