Job Title: HR cum Accountant

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR cum Accountant to manage day-to-day HR operations while handling the company's accounting and financial records. The ideal candidate should be capable of balancing recruitment, employee documentation, payroll coordination, and accounting responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
- Track attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Assist in performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
Accounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Generate invoices and manage billing.
- Record purchase and sales entries.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash records.
- Process payroll and statutory deductions.
- Prepare GST data and coordinate with the CA for GST/TDS filings.
- Maintain expense reports and financial documentation.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or similar accounting software.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, MBA (HR), M.Com, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong academic knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of payroll processing.
- Familiarity with GST and TDS documentation.
- Experience with PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
