Job Overview -
We are looking for a passionate Food Technologist (1–3 years of experience) to join our New Product Development (NPD) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food formulation, bench trials, product optimization, technical documentation, and FSSAI compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize new food and beverage products.
- Conduct bench trials and support product development activities.
- Standardize recipes and prepare formulation documents.
- Select ingredients based on functionality, nutrition, cost, and compliance.
- Support nutritional analysis, shelf-life studies, and product optimization.
- Prepare technical documentation and product specifications.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and food safety standards.
- Coordinate with laboratories, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Food Formulation / New Product Development.
- Good understanding of food ingredients, food processing, and FSSAI regulations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
