Job Title: Store In charge

The Store In charge is responsible for the end-to-end management of the store, including raw materials (fiberglass, paint, metal bases), WIP (work-in-progress), and finished goods (mannequins). The primary goal is to ensure high inventory accuracy, maintain efficient stock rotation using FIFO, ensure proper packaging, and handle timely dispatch to clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Management & Control (FIFO/FICO)
Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out): Ensure older batches of raw materials (resins, paint) and older finished mannequins are dispatched first to prevent damage, obsolescence, or paint degradation.
FICO/Cost Control: Maintain accurate records for inventory valuation, tracking material consumption against BOM (Bill of Materials) to minimize wastage.
2. Dispatch & Logistics Management
Dispatch Planning: Coordinate dispatch of finished mannequins based on sales orders and delivery schedules.
Packaging Quality: Ensure specialized, secure packaging for fragile items (glass bases, fiberglass) to prevent breakage during transit.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Store Management, preferably in a manufacturing
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, and warehouse management.
Educational Background: Graduate degree (preferably B.Com) or Diploma in Material Management/Supply Chain.
Attributes: High attention to detail (essential for fragile products), leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure.
